Video : Jaguar XKR-S goes snow drifting…

Maybe you should try this at home...
Jaguar’s recent trip to Finland with a selection of its fastest models produced some amazing video. Here’s an excellent piece of footage of the car doing its best to spin – and its driver managing to keep things in check. We’ll be driving the 2012 XKR-S Convertible next week – and will let you know if such antics are possible in rather less frosty weather!

That Supercharged V8 is music to my ears. I will never get bored of listening to throaty engine note.
Isn’t it a bit chilly to have the roof down ?
Nice Video, nice car. Regaards mark
I took today a BMW Z3 and drove from Fürstenfeld to Linz (200 miles) with open top on a sunny day trough the Austrian Alps. We had between minus 7 and minus 17°C.
Open driving does not depent on the weather! It depends on your clothing!
@ Oliver:
I was on holiday in Austria last year and admired some of the fantastic driving roads whilst sat onboard a coach.
A driving holiday to Austria would be sublime for me – even better if I happened to be sat behind the steering wheel of a Jaguar XKR-S!
I think that the exhaust was blowing a bit. If I am right, there’s a special offer on exhausts at Kwik Fit at the moment.
The XKR-S is proof it’s possible to make any car ugly by slapping on too much bodywork – even a Jaguar
