The 2015 season’s been great for the BMC>MG scene, with an increasing number of shows highlighting our wonderful cars. For the final show of the year, a great display was put on in Milton Keynes.

Holding a car show in late September is always a bit of a lottery, but the Milton Keynes Museum proved to be the perfect location for a gathering of around 100 of BMC>MG’s finest. The weather gods smiled on what was a great event to tail off the year’s shows. The rally has really come into its own, with a unique relaxed and friendly feel, due to an excellent turnout of hardcore enthusiasts.
This is now a must in the event calendar, and a lovely way to finish the outdoor show season which starts with the Pride of Longbridge in April. This year was the first year the Maestro & Montego Owners Club had an official presence and big thanks are due to all the owners for bringing their fine cars along – the club put on a great display. Very well done to Andrew Stevens for winning Best Maestro/Montego and to Tom Swann for winning the runner up – less than a week after passing his driving test! Oh, and look closely at the gallery, and you’ll spot guest of honour, Harris Mann.
Huge thanks to Tom Morley for organising this rally. It is people like Tom giving us rallies such as this one who make owning our cars so rewarding.

Great selection of cars… the SD1’s, red MG Montego and Morris 1100 are my favourites, but there’s something for everyone. Photographed in good weather too. A good day out
Lots of lovely stuff there, just like growing up in the 70s and 80s when cars were a lot more “interesting”.
very nice pisc of normal nice cars… pretty in their simplicity…
