Mr S. B. Wilks has vacated the chairmanship of the Rover Company while remaining a member of the board.
Mr M. F. C. Wilks has been appointed chairman and has relinquished the office of managing director.
Mr L. G. T. Farmer continues as executive vice-chairman.
Mr W. F. F. Martin-Hurst, deputy managing director, has been appointed sole managing director.
