B.M.C. FACTORY STRIKE
Production at Nuffield Metal Products, Ltd., Washwood Heath, Birmingham. a branch of the British Motor Corporation. was brought to a standstill yesterday because of an unofficial strike of 200 press shop workers. The factory should be back to normal on Monday, however, because the strikers have decided to resume work so that discussions can begin on their claim for a re-adjustment of piece-work prices.
